Can you upconvert a video made with a camcorder to high definition?

    yes as long as u have several thousand $’s for the equipment needed to do it

    There are DVD players that upconvert standard DVD’s to higher quality. I’ve heard they do a nice job. But it’s not real hi def. The information for true hi def isn’t in the original recording and you can’t display or create information that’s not there.
