    I allways use the HDV, because it is the xh-a1’s native format.

    I think CANON the king of DSLR but SONY is the king of CAMCORDERS yuo can see SONY everywhere on street and in documataries in NG and DISCOVERY CH.

    Thanks for your comment, you’re right, he is a beautiful kid. The soundtrac was included in the Apple’s Logic Pro 8 package as a royalty free music bed. This video not shows how prosumer these camcorders are, if you use the canon in manual mode with a well controlled preset, the picture quality can be amazing. The Z1 and the Z7 is the next level in quality and in pricing as well. :-)

    This baby is awesome! he stands still so you can shoot a LOT easier! Both these cams are considered “prosumer” level not fully professional like the Sony HVR Z7u or the Z1u.

    sony HDR-FX1 is a little old… but I jsut got it this summer…. and Im loving it and all its features…

    I was considering the canon and was going to order it tomorrow but after watching this, I will be ordering the Sony instead. Thanks.
