i am so crap when it comes to HD …..does this mean this cam is HD or not…. :S and if not is it worth gettin one for £200 or a Samsung R10 with full hd for £300
Yeah man, it all depends on your budget and what your looking for. I totally recommend going for the HMX-R10, it’s full HD 720p/1080i. This SMX-K40 does not record in 720p HD.
cool im getting one soon. The grey thing is a ferrite core. Its weird they would include it. There used to cut down on electrical interference.

December 11, 2009 6:25 pm | #5It has basically a mini-custom Samsung HDMI port that requires a cable sold separately that you buy to output the camera to an HDTV.
