Great Video! The Rhode Mic is guaranteed to be better than the in-built mic on the Sanyo.

to: system16, You go inside the HD1000 Camera and change settings to external Mic, then save it. 2 seconds latter your good to go. Once u press record the Mic has already synced with the camera sound and video H.264 works together seemlessly. Works easy and NO NEED to read the manual if your already TECH SAVVY.

Great video. I’m looking to buy one. Was wondering how does it cope in low light situations? Also I’m looking to record a live band – would it be possible to feed an output (with own volume control) from the mixing desk into the mic input, has this been tried?Any thoughts on using one for live music recording (audio and video) much appreciated.
