hi chrisc, i have this camera and i dont know how to import movies to my pc and they keep coming up in power dvd not windows media player. please can you help

it depends on what you are recording your images to. if its a dvd then you have to finalize it on the camera before the computer can read it. before you finalize make shore that its a re-writable dvd. other wise you will not be able to un finalize it.

if you are using a memory stick then you can just hook up the usb cable and download it straight to your computer.i had to get a media player that wasnt windows to watch my movies. VLC is free and very good. the media format i get is mpeg4. i dont think you can change it.hope this helps.
