I have a Samsung SCL700 camcorder and I am looking for a cable that will connect it to my PC and transfer the audio and video into digital format.

The USB Data Cable smaller connector matches the connector on the charger of the Motorola Razor cellphone. I also wonder if I can transmit data from the computer to the cell phone using Motorola software.
I haven’t tried it yet because I am affraid I will damage the cell phone.

I bought a 9-pin 4-pin under the impression that it would work. It fit into the Mac Pro but not into the camcorder. The small end was slightly too big. I am under the impression now that I need a 9-pin 6-pin, and that the 6-pin should be the one that connects to the HV30. Any help is appreciated!
Most usb cables have a different attachment to the camera itself. I have a canon ixus camera and the cable for that doesnt fir the camcorder, despite them being around the same age.
