I plugged in my Insignia HD camcorder into my computer with the USB. When I try to play back the video with Windows Media Player, I have sound from the video, but I can’t see the video. I just see the visualization effect in place of the video. What am I doing wrong or not doing?

Hello I am an interviewer (independent) that will regularly be recording 3 people at a time in a studio setup / and sometimes going out to stores/companies doing a review of their products with 2-3 people. And I’m looking for a professional quality camcorder that has at least 3 microphones inputs and high definition quality. What do you recommend? My coworker who will be recording wants a nice professional digital look that he can then download to his laptop and edit and then upload on my Website and Youtube. Any suggestions or has anyone a particular camcorder that has excellent quality
