Folks, I meant “technology wise old”, but they are in really excellent condition. They work just fine, but they are so bulky for these days. I did not want just throw away, since we paid big bucks for them right before today’s high technology burst. I checked on ebay about the possibility of selling them. Almost not worth to spend time & money to list. Is there any other way I can donate somewhere or get a few bucks for them? I appreciate any suggestions. Thank you all.

Normally I can upload video images from my current Mini-DV camcorder onto my Mac and edit from there. Am now interested in the mini DVD-R camcorders but read that editing is not possible on the computer. Not sure exactly what they mean. Help.

I am looking for a camcorder that I can use for family functions. I don’t need it to do anything fancy, and I don’t want to spend an arm and a leg. I don’t really understand the differences in most of these, and see some for under a hundred dollars, and some costing over four hundred. But I don’t understand the difference!
